Summary :

We are seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager to join our team on a permanent full time basis.

This role is a great mid-level opportunity for an individual who already has some project coordination experience under their belt and is interested in pursuing a career in Project Management.

This role will be primarily focused on coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information, as well as liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.

Travelling to Quebec will be required for this project.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Receive project requirements including scope of work, location, and technical specifications
  • Create and edit spreadsheets as required by client
  • Participate in daily meetings to keep deployment team up to date on deployments
  • Update project and other non-project-related activities that directly affect billing and the internal / external databases
  • Work with team on project work to keep project going according to schedule
  • Ongoing communication with clients on a variety of issues, escalating to senior resources as required
  • Involved in scheduling
  • Conducting user discovery of assets and applications
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Bilingual; fluent in both French and English
  • Have a reliable vehicle (Travel to Quebec may be required)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, verify scope.
  • Experience in an IT or managed service provider environment preferred
  • PMP certification is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
