What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the processing team Intria, CIBC. In this role you will be accountable for coordinating workflow activities and distributing work evenly across team members, planning and scheduling staff during peak periods to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.
You would also support the Manager with overall management of department, provide advice, coaching and guidance to employees, resolve operational issues and provide authorizations and approvals to process complicated, high risk work.
