Our business is growing; we are looking to add driven and dynamic hands-on Senior Recruiters to our Permanent Placement Team in Toronto.

Our Senior Recruiters partner with our Account Managers and clients to engage and manage candidates successfully through candidate selection and placement.

We are looking for a true hunter, driven to find the top talent in the marketplace and connecting them with the best opportunities while building a solid talent network along the way.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ability to hunt for top talent and build a network of talent
  • Confidence to make that call connect with that person
  • Drive for excellence and dedication to deliver results
  • Personality to build solid trusted relationships with candidates
  • Detail oriented to confirm the placement runs smoothly and systems are updated
  • Negotiation and communication aptitude to ensure a perfect fit
