  • 2+ yrs of Experience in Administrative / Operations role. Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management in creating solutions for difficult billing / operations issues that may arise.
  • Must be able to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must understand and be able to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Assisting the National accounts team in monthly operations.
  • Work with collections, billing and contract entry team in settling the AR disputes.
  • Work with client’s task force to understand their process (also service portals) and leverage functional team expertise that delivers top and bottom line results
  • Research necessary documentation for consolidated billing activities while ensuring its accuracy, accountability and timeliness to the customer.
  • Handle customer / contract disputes as needed
  • Coordinate monthly sorting and distributing of escalation reports and consolidated invoice.
