Role SummaryThe Enrollment Advisor serves as a primary contact for new and existing prospective students inquiring about Dignity Health Global Education (DHGE) workforce development programs.
Providing quality customer service, the enrollment advisor performs a comprehensive set of recruitment (sales) and admissions responsibilities, supporting prospective students throughout the inquiry to application to enrollment journey.
The enrollment advisor represents DHGE and its business partners and serves as subject matter expert on all DHGE educational products, including admissions and financial aid practices / procedures.
utilizes knowledge to uphold DHGE standards and assist prospective students throughout the admissions process.*Promptly responds to (and continually engages) new and existing prospective students and guides them through the decision-making process using a consultative (personalized, constructive, engaging, motivating, and informative) sales approach*Effectively establishes a relationship of trust with a diverse prospective student population in order to understand the student’s primary goals and advance them toward those objectives.
some domestic and / or international travel may be required)*Utilizes reports daily to track performance against measured benchmarks, identifying and managing opportunities for improvement*Acts as liaison between prospective students and proper DHGE personnel to remove barriers to enrollment.
Provides student with available options and assists in problem resolution.*Consistently utilizes CRM (Salesforce) to track and cultivate a pipeline of high value applicants.
Maintains accurate student information and qualitative business insights in CRM.*Represents DHGE as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and creating positive touch points that leave a healthy impression of DHGE (and partner organizations) with internal and external customers.
demonstrated ability to communicate confidently and in a professionally persuasive tone through phone, e-mail, text, web-based applications, and face-to-face*Ability to leverage Salesforce (CRM) to guide day-to-day activities and manage a sales funnel*Keen understanding of the US higher education system (general understanding of the US healthcare industry a plus)*Demonstrated understanding of best in class sales tactics, with experience selling into US and other international markets.
