  • Provide Service Desk technical support to users either via phone, email or deskside as required.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for all types of technical inquiries, service requests, and issues involving computers, network, smartphones / tablets, AV systems, enterprise applications / systems.
  • Office 365 operation, including monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and configuration
  • Performing preventative maintenance and help manage security within AD and Office 365
  • Planning and documenting O365 configuration, migrations, testing and validations strategies
  • Support the Project Manager with developing project schedules, presentations, and reporting as necessary.
  • Basic understanding of Azure IaaS networking and deployment concepts
  • Basic understanding of server virtualization
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of technical experience
  • Experience troubleshooting M365
  • Cloud computing experience is an asset
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, including the ability to communicate with leadership at the executive level
  • Experience with Azure
