Position Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join an ambitious team that takes challenges head-on. As part of the TELUS Business National Marketing team we support strategic initiatives across the Canadian medium & large business market.

Key initiatives include defining and managing programmatic interactions with customers throughout their relationship with TELUS as well as developing and sharing insights on our customer base to help optimize opportunities for our sales channels.

To achieve all this, we collaborate with different business units, functions and channels to drive the best possible outcome while working with our executive stakeholders to stay aligned to business goals and targets.

This position sits within the TELUS Business National Marketing team, a results-oriented, learning-based organization that puts the customer experience at the forefront of our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities :

Reporting to Manager, Marketing Strategy & Enablement you will wear many hats while delivering marketing strategies that drive our business outcomes

  • Identify and effectively quantify opportunities to increase market share, wallet share as well as to optimize marketing activities
  • Coordinate with cross functional team to develop campaigns to address the opportunity
  • Engage closely with our sales, marketing and analytics teams to continuously improve our campaign strategy
  • Present results and findings to the senior leadership team on the status of key programs / campaigns
  • Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience in the marketing function driving strategic programs
  • Great-to-haves

  • PMP certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Experience working closely with or as part of a sales team
  • Experience working within Salesforce
