  • Supporting the annual vacation bid process for our Contact Centre agents, you will help the workforce management team ensure that the bid process runs smoothly and finishes on time.
  • To facilitate this, you will monitor the schedule of agents and completion statuses, answer vacation bid questions, and assist in alerting team leaders when necessary to keep the process running smoothly and ensuring that the process is on track to complete in the planned timeframe.

    This role will require close collaboration with the project team and with business leaders, so clear communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate are critical.

    Must haves

  • 1-2+ years of experience working as an Administrator (preferrably in a call centre environment)
  • Experience managing and coordinating schedules
  • Experience using Chat and Excel for providing reporting updates is required.
  • Nice to haves :

  • Scheduling software (IEX) is an asset.
