We’re looking for customer-obsessed, solution-oriented team members who will move on after the program training to drive and close Microsoft Support opportunities and ensure customers are supported throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
The Support Digital Specialist leverages Microsoft’s unique expertise, including direct access to product teams, to help customers use their Microsoft investments as productively as possible, enabling customer outcomes and consumption.
The Support Digital Specialist will drive new business and work on upselling and cross selling with the Digital SMC (Small, Medium, Corporate) sales teams.
The Support Digital Specialist provides unique expertise to drive the sale and adoption of Support in general and Unified Support specifically.
Key accountabilities include :
Determine strategy for identifying, driving and closing (new) Support opportunities to enable customer outcomes and drive Microsoft cloud consumption.
Build and maintain close working relationships with the SMC (Small, Medium, Corporate) teams to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities - ensuring clear understanding of the Microsoft Support value proposition and leveraging customer relationships built by the account team to identify, pursue and close opportunities.
Close deals through effective orchestration assist and sustain Support opportunities end to end leveraging appropriate account and pre-sales roles to bring the best resources to ensure customer satisfaction and deal success.
Meet or exceed revenue targets and maintain deal management excellence - executing sales excellence discipline in pipeline hygiene, deal commitment & close planning.
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of technology-related experience.
3+ proven sales success and expertise in selling Support solutions.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Demonstrable sales excellence discipline
Executes recognized sales methods, processes and tools
Sales and business background
English Language : fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
