Providing an exceptional customer experience is a cornerstone of the Subway brand values. The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the successful ideation, development, testing, and launch of new menu items throughout the new product introduction stream.
This individual will support programs on specifically assigned Food & Beverage categories in order to drive strong sales and profitability while continuously leading in-
depth analysis to uncover ongoing business and innovation opportunities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Leads regular analysis of industry, competitive, and consumer trends and activities
Leverages several sources of data to derive National and Regional sales trends, product mix, price positioning, menu architecture, and product margins
Supports in management of the stage-gate process for new product innovation from the ideation, concept stage to product launch
Leads test market planning and ensures flawless execution of calendar initiatives
Collaborates with various cross-functional departments such as Operations, Marketing Analytics, and Supply Chain to manage programs for his / her assigned categories
Prepares briefings for Marketing Communications for any new product / promotional launches
Presents project progress and updates to Board members
Manages communication between DA and Local agencies so they are aware of the initiatives that the FAF National Board is working towards
