Key Responsibilities :
Book payments for vendors and suppliers
Record ins and outs on QuickBooks and company CRM.
Process company payroll
Manage petty cash receipt paybacks
Manage cash flow and purchasing projections
Compile monthly forecasts and financial reports
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Communicating and coordinating with various stakeholders within and outside of the company
Necessary Skills :
Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects while meeting all objectives and deadlines
Strong overall business acumen and organizationally savvy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated and effective working in a fast paced environment
Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Consistent, dependable and takes ownership over the quality of work
Continuously striving to improve and perfect your craft
Proficient with analytical and presentation software including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proficient with industry software, particularly QuickBooks
Job Requirements : Degree in Accounting
