Reporting to the outlets manager, the outlets supervisor ensures the daily operations of the food and beverage department as well as the supervision of staff in coordination with the policies and procedures of the property.
They will provide assistance to customers when there is a concern or dispute. The outlets supervisor also ensures the well-being of associates.
Responsible for assisting with daily operation of the casino food and beverage department - including the mentoring of the casino staff and leading by example
Maintains a professional and ethical demeanor at all times - ensuring that all Eagle River Casino & Travel Plaza team members, patrons, suppliers and business partners are dealt with in a respectful manner
Contributes to the creation and maintaining of a positive workplace atmosphere
Cognizant of all policies and procedures and ensures that such policies and procedures are administered in a fair, equitable and consistent manner
Coaches others for increased effectiveness
Exceeds the expectations of front line team members in regards to the quality of leadership provided
Ensures that any confidential information is dealt with accordingly
Focuses on being a consistent presence in the restaurant, lounge, bar area and gaming floor while on scheduled shifts in order to monitor guest service, front line team member performance and responsible alcohol service
2-3 years in a 5-star setting preferred
Able to work in high level of stress environment
Excellent customer service
Experience in customer service and leadership
High school and post-secondary
