Description of Duties :
Support development of customer, product, staff capacity and / or distribution reporting to support the Commercial Services team in making timely, data-driven business decisions that contribute to meeting corporate, customer service and growth objectives.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills :
With guidance, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and the ability to communicate to effectively communicate analysis to a business audience.
Nice to have working knowledge of Salesforce and SAP.
Outcomes : Develop dashboard reports that can be maintained by Managers and Team Leads to support achieving their business objectives.
Provide recommendations for benchmarks and KPIs based on historical performance and anticipated future results.
