Job Desciption

We are looking for a Financial Services Manager. You will be expected to enhance the sales process and support positive CEI results.

You’ll also be responsible for supporting the departmental goal of accurate paperwork and growing and maintaining the profitable daily back end operation of the new and pre-owned sales departments.

You will report directly to the Sales Manager, and will also have the opportunity to work with all Dealership staff.

Responsibilities of the role

  • On most days you’ll be selling financial and insurance products.
  • Some days you’ll process lease transfers and lease buyouts.
  • There’s always a chance you’ll be involved in coordinating and scheduling vehicle deliveries.

    Qualifications required for the position

  • Post-secondary diploma / degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in an automotive or financial services environment
  • Strong ability to negotiate and sell
  • Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself
  • Honest and professional , a strong team player
  • Big picture thinker, go-getter, self-starter
