Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Sales, the Pharmacy Business Development Representative is responsible for engaging with and selling pharmacy subscriptions and implementation packages to meet customers’ needs.
To accomplish this, they must work proactively with pharmacy partners, PointClickCare customers, Regional Pharmacy Account Executives and Pharmacy Program Managers to understand needs, engage directly with customers and support other roles as required.
Additionally, they will be responsible for becoming an expert in PointClickCare’s pharmacy market presence, pricing, product positioning and status with integrated partners to serve as internal support for PointClickCare’s Sales and Account Management teams.
The Pharmacy Business Development Representative will respond to inquiries from pharmacy partners related to products, services and billing.
The Pharmacy Business Development Representative will also work with pharmacies to develop an understanding of mutual customers and maintain market data accordingly. Key
