The Challenge : Channel Partner Recruiter, Inside Sales B2B
Working under the supervision of the Sales Manager and part of the new partner recruiting team based in our Sherbrooke or Longueuil office, you will be responsible for contacting and engaging potential partners with the goal to position SherWeb as the best partner for all cloud services.
You must be proactive and present potential partners with opportunities to use and resell SherWeb’s hosted products and services.
Your mandate :
Reply to incoming requests from potential partners provided by the marketing team on a regular basis, mainly by phone, email, and chat
Contact potential partners who have shown an interest in reselling SherWeb’s products and services
Effectively position SherWeb as the best partner
Register potential partners as new customers in the system, making sure to offer them a program tailored to their needs
Effectively target the profile and needs of each partner in order to assign them the right account manager from the beginning of the business relationship
Achieve and exceed monthly objectives for new partner recruitment (KPIs)
Provide ongoing feedback to the management team to help improve service
Participate in the training required by the sales department
Perform all other related tasks according to the needs of the organization
You have a background that is similar to this :
Diploma in Business Administration or in any related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
Good knowledge of the sales process and its stages
Fluent in English, oral and written
Strong interest in advanced technologies
Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ideally Dynamics
Knowledge of the hosted services market is an asset, especially Software as a Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, web technologies and networking is important
