In this role as a Hockey Fan Support Specialist, you will support all aspects relating to digital sports platforms, Including chat, SMS, email / web-
form, social, voice and self-service to provide superior fan experiences every day. You will be assisting the fans with streaming the games, signing into the app, and anything else the fan needs and talk sports while you do it.
There will be some retention required if the fan is calling to cancel the subscription. The pay is $14.50 / hr. This is a contract position which will end on November 1st.
There will be a contract completion bonus as well. There may be an opportunity for extension based on attendance and performance.
The hours of operation are 9am to last game, 7 days a week. You are scheduled 8 hours a day, 5 days a week with in that time frame with Saturday’s likely being mandatory.
It is a new program here to Sutherland so there will be lots of changes and room for advancement, so it is important that you are flexible and adaptable.
