We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Acquisition & Lead Generation to develop and execute prospect Accountant Marketing for QuickBooks (the worlds #1 online accounting software with over 1.

8M global subscribers). Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Accountant Segment, this position delivers against Accountant growth targets for the entire QuickBooks Online Accountant Canadian business.

The position will have broad visibility across the business as well as the global Intuit Marketing Community and will collaborate daily with peers in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Creating a digital and offline strategy that drives results across online channels while delivering a low friction customer journey.
  • Building and managing the marketing budget and results dashboard to increase return on ad spend
  • Responsible for reporting on analytics; in-depth monthly reviews of traffic, referrals, leads, content for team to generate.
  • Identify and communicate hits and misses and bring forward key recommendations.

  • Building and A / B testing marketing funnels that convert to sales
  • Building & executing the organic Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram strategy
  • Building and tracking against SEO / SEM strategies
  • Managing the lead-pass process to sales.
  • Develop Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio and Tableau web traffic / ad / lead dashboards to identify trends and insights to support a deeper understanding of channel attribution to optimize channel mix and cost effectiveness.
  • Qualifications

  • 6 years of driving ROI for companies using paid, owned and earned digital media and channel attribution strategies.
  • Digital agency experience an asset
  • 2 years’ experience in sales operations
  • Advanced in Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Ad Words, Tableau, and Salesforce
  • Post-secondary or MBA education in Marketing with certification in Google Marketing preferred.
  • A strategic and creative mindset with proven experience in assessing and drawing insights from business data, research studies, and campaign analytics to optimize performance and execute on innovative opportunities
  • Strong understanding of the complexities of the digital landscape and how to optimize emerging digital marketing trends and tactics
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with ability to partner effectively with leaders and stakeholders
