We need a self-starting, creative and collaborative communication professional to help keep our colleagues informed of all this great stuff.

That’s why we are looking for a Specialist, Internal Communication to join our team.

Here’s what you’ll need to do :

  • Provide support to leaders from our Supply Chain organization.
  • Drive awareness and action relative to key business strategies. This includes supporting communication plans relative to our Future Ready enterprise strategies, operational priorities, corporate social responsibility initiatives, innovation proof of concept test cases, employee engagement and more.
  • Support communication relative to our ongoing culture shift. We are moving towards an authentic, collaborative and trusting environment, and you will need to assist in the creation and execution of creative plans to ensure this shift stays top of mind and relatable.
  • Roll up your sleeves to manage and deliver all aspects of a number of corporate communication tactics, including corporate and departmental town halls, annual conferences, video segments, newsletters, intranet articles, digital signage and company-
  • wide social media platforms.

  • Act as a guardian of our internal brand standards. This includes managing our internal tone of voice based on the message at play.
  • Ideally you will have :

  • 2-5 years of related experience, primarily in internal communication, doing most if not all of the things noted above.
  • University degree, with specialization in English, Communication, Public Relations or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a belief in plain language, and an ability to write in various style and formats.
  • Solid understanding of internal communications principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to support and counsel senior leaders; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Avanced knowledge of, and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change and meet timelines (without sacrificing quality!).
  • A positive attitude, a desire to learn, a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get work done either independently or as part of a team.
  • Assets : bilingualism, mega-event management experience, and a sense of humour.
