We are looking for an experienced, talented and driven Retail Account Administrator to join our team.The Retail Account Administrator will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of SharkNinja’s order management process, providing customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders as well as performing general administrative tasks.

The Retail Account Administrator will focus primarily on the accurate processing of customer orders for SharkNinja’s major retailers in meeting and exceeding defined objectives in support of the Retail Execution Lifecycle and Perfect Order Execution.

They will also work very closely with Finance, DC’s, and Sales to review, research and assist in corrective actions associated with retailer chargebacks.

The Retail Account Administrator is a valuable member of the team who exceeds customer service standards and brings forward issues and ideas for improvement.

He / She will interact closely with sales representatives based on their assigned accounts.The Retail Account Administrator is a valuable member of the team who exceeds customer service standards and brings forward issues and ideas for improvement.

He / she is an advocate for the customer and customer experience.Key Duties / ResponsibilitiesProcess orders to send to the distribution facility.

Research compliance related deductions / errors and participate in cross-functional efforts to implement corrective actions.

Assist in the review and research of all dispute rejected claims to determine next steps.Verify inventory availabilitiesDeal with logistics : routing orders via EDI or Retailer portals.

Follow-up, tracking of orders, and invoicingPro-actively open-order files by account indicating current routing issues & actions / EDC datesWeekly review of results with sales support / salesActively work to achieve on-time delivery metricsEscalate issues and identifies solutionsAttributes and SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work autonomously.Excel skills - intermediate level.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Well organized and able to multi-task.Strong communication skills in French and English both written and verbal.Ability to work well within a team environment.
