Help us build for the future! Consider a critical role as the Project Planning Leader, Clinical Programs at Peace Arch and Delta Hospitals.
In this key role you will lead quality improvement initiatives with the focus on FH safety priorities. You will work with clinical and facilities planning teams, including other project leaders and partners, to develop transition, integration and implementation strategies that will achieve optimal outcomes.
Build on your education and experience as you :
provides strategic advice to groups on complex multi-stakeholder, multi-disciplinary change initiatives and provides skilled leadership throughout each step in the process.
coordinates and aligns teams with other clinical initiatives to avoid duplication.
identifies areas for integration and takes initiative to ensure tools and templates are efficient and effective.
implements mitigation / resolution strategies.
builds relationships with partners such as physicians to ensure input into clinical design, processes and outcomes.
demonstrates relationship building for integrating with partners.
