SUMMARY

The Senior Proposal Coordinator works closely with Business Development, Finance, Scientific and Procurement functions and with other members of the Quote team to ensure that that quotes including mass spectrometry services are generated on time and meet the expected standards.

The Quote Coordinator is also responsible for managing and coordinating responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordination of quote generation processes for quotes including mass spectrometry services
  • Review and finalize pricing and payment schedules for proposals and review of proposal before issuing
  • Weekly reporting of progress on quotes to Business Development and Management
  • Continuous improvement of quote templates and costing / pricing process
  • Work closely with Finance team to provide original budgets for monthly dashboard
  • EDUCATION

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in life sciences
  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a CRO providing analytical services
  • Proven experience in mass spectrometry
  • Experience in cost estimation is an asset
  • RELEVANT SKILLS

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
