Position Overview The Senior Director, HR will be responsible for delivering full scope HR support and strategy for the Civil East segment at Aecon.
Managing a team of HR professionals who support a diverse portfolio of construction businesses within a matrixed environment, the Senior Director ensures that the HR team is enabling the strategic mandate of the Civil East executive team and supporting the workforce through all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
As a member of the HR Executive team the Senior Director is also responsible for ensuring effective integration with centers of excellence and effectively managing both operational and functional priorities within the organization. Key Responsibilities
