We're looking for Business Analyst with a knack for data, the ability to shape a project from start to finish all the while communicating results and working with project managers, internal IT resources, and application vendors to deliver solutions to staff.

  • WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Report to the Director, Enterprise Portfolio Management.
  • Meet with systems owners and end users to gather, define and document business, financial and / or operations requirements.
  • Research and propose process or technology-based solutions to meet business needs.
  • Assist in managing requests for new technology solutions or enhancements to existing technology, according to client-defined priorities.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • When required, act as a project leader or team member on assigned projects.
  • Coordinate technical and user testing, plan / coordinate deployment, and design appropriate measures to report on success and client / user acceptance of technical implementations.
  • WHAT YOU'VE DONE

  • You have a degree or college diploma in information technology or computer science. Have education in something else? Tell us about it and why it's relevant to your career as a BA.
  • Have BA or CBAP certification? Even better.
  • You already have at least three years of experience under your belt and are ready for your next big challenge.
