We're looking for Business Analyst with a knack for data, the ability to shape a project from start to finish all the while communicating results and working with project managers, internal IT resources, and application vendors to deliver solutions to staff.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Report to the Director, Enterprise Portfolio Management.
Meet with systems owners and end users to gather, define and document business, financial and / or operations requirements.
Research and propose process or technology-based solutions to meet business needs.
Assist in managing requests for new technology solutions or enhancements to existing technology, according to client-defined priorities.
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
When required, act as a project leader or team member on assigned projects.
Coordinate technical and user testing, plan / coordinate deployment, and design appropriate measures to report on success and client / user acceptance of technical implementations.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
You have a degree or college diploma in information technology or computer science. Have education in something else? Tell us about it and why it's relevant to your career as a BA.
Have BA or CBAP certification? Even better.
You already have at least three years of experience under your belt and are ready for your next big challenge.
