Our Edmonton office has a variety of long term active clients and a team of senior land agents and administrators.
As a Land Administrator involved in stakeholder engagement, you will be responsible efficiently preparing accurate documentation within specified timelines for our clients while continuously delivering top quality work and outstanding service.

Work closely with and take direction from Project Coordinator
Review project specific information and plans
Prepare required consultation related documentation
Accessing, uploading and maneuvering within various web-based programs
Communicate with key stakeholders such as clients, affected parties, regulatory officials, government agencies, and project managers
Prepare and consistently update status reports for each ongoing project ensuring accuracy and effective communication of project progress
Temporarily take on additional duties in a co-worker’s absence
Position may require some overtime

Your experience includes :
Previous land administration experience
Proficiency with iLand and SharePoint
Strong working knowledge of online web-based systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
