Inside Sales Corporate Accounts Manager

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF A INSIDE SALES CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER?

  • Make outbound phone calls and emails to achieve set objectives,
  • Document each call in the system, indicating the information gathered during the exchanges with the customers,
  • Provide exemplary customer service to our clients by responding to inquiries, resolving reported problems and being available to them,
  • Prepare price lists, activate, adjust, cancel or modify price lists,
  • Establish respectful and collaborative relationships with customers, co-workers and supervisor,
  • Use available tools and technologies appropriately,
  • Promote Denis Office Supplies and Furniture and the quality of its services.
  • WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF WORKING WITH US?

  • Part time position, 21 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 5pm ;
  • Base salary $16 / hour
  • Performance bonuses
  • Bonuses on profitability management
  • 3 weeks vacation after 1 year;
  • Paid training is provided on your first day to facilitate your integration into your new role;

  • INSIDE SALES CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER PROFILE :

  • Bilingual
  • Ability to listen, communicate orally and in writing,

  • Sense of purpose, analytical and organizational skills,
  • Self-motivated, deadline driven, ability to manage time effectively,
  • Working knowledge of basic office equipment, computers, internet, email,
