He / She will reach his or her business targets through effective management of designated accounts and territories which include physical visits to customer sites.

This individual will provide customer service par excellence and continually maintain a professional image of the company.

Responsibilities :

  • Generating leads, prospecting potential customers via cold calls and developing relationships
  • Onboarding new accounts successfully and support their growth with the company
  • Develop strategies to increase sales growth with the existing customer account base
  • Develop an opportunity pipeline to support monthly sales objectives
  • Customize together with your lighting team product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Attend strategy meetings with Regional Manager and Lighting team meetings when scheduled
  • Ensure all sales activities are properly documented in the company CRM, on an ongoing basis
  • Facilitate industry-leading customer service between project, branch and operational teams
  • What you bring to the table :

  • 5+ years of demonstrated B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably with a lighting background and / or sales experience within the electrical distribution industry
  • Solid prospecting abilities & a proven ability to build / maintain productive relationships
  • A strong drive to succeed with obvious confidence and competitive nature and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, presentation, and closing abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills, to communicate effectively with all current and prospective customers on a regular basis
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal management direction and the ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Must work effectively in a team environment with co-workers and management
  • Experience with a CRM software
