Description
Our government client is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor.
Duties
An Intermediate Internal Auditor to work on internal audits in the examination phase of a contracting audit. This Internal Auditor will review contract files as part of the examination phase of this audit and report on their level of completeness based on pre- established audit programs
Education :
The resume of the proposed individual must demonstrate graduation with a degree from a recognized university and working towards a professional accounting and / or auditing accreditation (ex, CA, CMA, CGA, CIA, CGAP).
Security : The proposed individual must hold a valid government security clearance at the Secret level, Experience :
To be considered responsive, a resume must clearly demonstrate where, when and how the stated qualifications / experience were acquired.
Resumes not meeting the mandatory qualifications will be given no further consideration.
Mandatory Qualifications :
5 years of recent experience (within the past 10 years) performing internal audits in federal government organizations, applying Treasury Board and IIA standards.
Asset Qualifications : Work experience in PWGSC (within the past 5 years); and
