We are hiring! Service & Rental Agreement Advisor, Sudbury
What You’ll Do The Role
Achieve monthly and annual new service agreement sales goals.
Accurately complete proposals and tender responses to ensure profitable Service Agreements.
Perform a combination of inside and outside sales.
Address all incoming calls and requests for new contracts and rentals in your territory.
Prospecting new clients includes sales initiation and follow up to promote and assist customers with new maintenance contract and rental needs.
Track all contract and rental quotes and initiate frequent follow-ups.
Complete customer / contractor prequalification forms along with site pictures and datasheet or help ensure the completion by others.
Recruit customers for CSA 282 training, and assist in setting up Life Safety and other Training seminars as requested.
Negotiate with suppliers for preferred pricing and service. Reduce the overall number of suppliers.
What You Need
Minimum 3 years of industrial inside and / or outside sales experience required.
Experience in both sales and service departments in a technical environment preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills required.
Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical theory and engines would be an asset.
Minimum college-level courses in sales, business or a related discipline preferred.
Experience using sales tracking software preferred.
Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
The ability to professionally handle sales rejection required.
Experience and confidence in making sales presentations a must.
Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office program(s) required.
A reliable vehicle and suitable drivers abstract is required, as this role involves a lot of travelling in the Northern ON.
In the case of a power outage or declared State of Emergency by any level of Government, be available for work.
