  • Your Responsibilities Will Include

    Responsibilities Include :

  • Ensure exceptional service delivery of all Food & Beverage services.
  • Participate actively in a multi-functional work environment.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, providing exceptional guest service.
  • Be supportive of creativity and innovation.
  • Other Food & Beverage / Banquet duties as required.
  • Work towards continuous improvement and quality.
  • Assist in all elements of F&B throughout the department (Outlets & Banquet Events)
  • Ideal Candidates

  • Experience in Food & Beverage service, with a strong knowledge of the Food & Beverage service process.
  • Must have excellent food and wine knowledge.
  • Must have Serving it Right certification.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance both the presentation and service standards throughout the operation.
  • Excellent communication, guest service, and upselling skills.
  • Team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in an innovative, fast-paced, and multi-tasked environment.
  • Experience with Micros POS system an asset.
  • Responsible and conscientious.
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends.
