SUMMARY

Cardtronics is seeking a Vice President of Financial Institution Sales to join its team. Reporting to the SVP Enterprise Sales and Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic management and build of the organization's Canadian sales strategy for products and services, new client acquisition and contract renewals.

The successful incumbent will lead all efforts to identify and leverage existing and future market opportunities, industry trends and liaise with senior management on product innovations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Engage with clients as appropriate for new / revised pricing terms and conditions
  • Strive for and achieve individual calls, quotes, and order goals on a regular basis
  • Perform customer service duties to support internal and external customers such as, but not limited to :
  • Answering questions about account balances, invoices, leases, etc.
  • Proactively calling customers to update on progress of requests
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure progress on track for requests
  • Responsible for identifying sales opportunities
  • Work effectively in a team to give the customers a positive experience
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Knowledge of payments industry and business functions within it
  • Experience selling within financial institutions and / or credit unions
  • Minimum 5 years relevant business experience in a sales, customer service or account management function
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently with little to no supervision
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Analytical skills effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions
  • Innovation identify alternative ways to view or define problems and create options for consideration
  • Well-developed negotiation, decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Planning and Organizing skills to manage time and work effectively
  • Results oriented with bias for action
  • Strong ability to exercise good judgment and make good decisions under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast paced environment
