Suggests events, sponsorship and marketing strategies to position Gateway properties as the preferred gaming choice for VIP Table Game guests.
Establishes networks with third party agents and suppliers that will assist in driving business to Gateway propertiesMaintains an up to date knowledge of products, events, promotions and general information relating to the VIP Rooms, general gaming floor and the property.
Keeps up to date with competitor and world leader player programs, initiatives, and service standards.Uses feedback from staff and guests to implement service and operations initiatives.
Handles demanding guests and resolves issues or concerns in a calm, professional and discreet manner.Maintains a high profile within the VIP Rooms, performing public relations duties as required and ensuring that guest service exceeds guest expectations.
What You BringThree years of customer service / hospitality industry experienceTwo years of experience developing marketing and event activities to support business objectivesOne year of supervisory experience an assetDemonstrated knowledge of VIP operationsStrong understanding of VIP clienteleExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Asian culture and language skills an assetWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAble to work a variety of shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events as neededThe position requires reliable transportation to travel between local casino sitesWhy Work With Us?
