We are looking to fill a full time role for a Client Service Representative on our commercial lines team. The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representatives role is to ensure exceptional client service to Gallagher's Commercial Insurance clientele.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Producer in client service duties
  • Weekly overview of renewals
  • Prioritizing and handling daily phone calls, e-mails and mail.
  • Providing timely responses to client queries
  • Meeting with team members to check on challenges and give direction.
  • Assisting with marketing of accounts and attend client meetings as necessary
  • Problem solving concerning different coverages, rating, claims and competition
  • Administration associated with client service record notes, instructions, new submissions, renewal submissions, letters, claim reporting
  • Handling activities in EPIC
  • Handle claim notices and ensure a timely reporting to carrier(s)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or commensurate experience
  • License(s) essential to provincial licensing jurisdictions as required for the position along with management of continuing education hours
  • Insurance designations and / or courses completed towards designations an asset
  • 1+years of commercial insurance experience
  • Ability to learn on a continual basis through educational opportunities and collaboration with colleagues
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner both verbally and in writing
  • Strong analytical, organization and time management skills
  • Proven Proficiency in MS products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Adobe products
  • Familiar with insurance document management software (EPIC)
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment
  • A self-motivated individual who takes ownership and accountability, delivering real results
