Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to lead the development of measurable improvements to the quality assurance processes and agile approach
Over the past several years the our client has adopted Agile software development and automated testing processes. However with the implementation of new tools and methodologies, including Jira and a DevOps pipeline there is an opportunity to improve development processes and the overall quality of the products.
We are looking for a Systems Analyst who has experience improving quality assurance, SDLC and Jira processes with the goal of measurable improvements to quality and processing times.
Tasks Include :
Evaluate existing procedures and methods.
Establish documented assessments for current state Agile adoption / maturity across CPAS and business partners
Work closely with the business client to identify and understand business needs in order to clearly document their requirements.
Attend and chair meetings, providing minutes and documentation of meetings as required.
Provide strategies for measurement (key performance indicators), change, quality and communication management to improve Agile adoption and product quality.
Develop status reports and report the progress of the work on an ongoing basis.
Identify candidate business processes for redesign, prototype, and potential solutions, provide various options and suggest a recommended course of action.
Work with stakeholders to implement new / revised processes and tools
Must haves :
5 years experience implementing agile development processes
Experience working with agile test methodologies and tools including Jira, Synapse RT, EazyBI
5 years of experience in communicating technical changes to end users
Expertise and Skills
Business Analysis, Systems Analyst 8 - 10 years
5 - 7 years : Experience working with agile test methodologies and tools including Jira, Synapse RT, EazyBI
5 - 7 years : Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in thesoftware development life cycle including implementation ofAgile development processes, and the ability tocommunicate technological process changes to a nontechnical audience.
