FP&A Analyst, North America - Vancouver-(AUS0005WK)

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic FP&A Analyst to support the finance team to provide senior management with the analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions.

About the role

Reporting to the Manager, FP&A - North America

  • Performing quantitative analysis of operational and financial data
  • Supporting to build and manage financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources
  • Assisting with the building of budgets and forecasts of future company performance
  • Building and maintaining a financial models of company operations and projects
  • Preparing internal reports by collecting, formatting, and presenting information
  • Evaluating projects and job rates
  • Ad hoc duties and projects, as required.
  • About you

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to budget forecasting, would be considered an asset
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in finance / accounting.
  • CPA designation (or close to obtaining) is an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
  • Analytical thinking and organizational skills
  • Diplomatic, with the ability to problem solve, build relationships, and committed to learning
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
