Atlas is currently listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE : ATCO). ROLE DESCRIPTION Reporting to Atlas’ Vice President, Information Technology, this position develops, implements and maintains cybersecurity and business continuity planning activities.

As a key member of the IT management team, the Manager, Cyber Security will have overall responsibility for the development and execution of the Atlas Group of Companies’ Cyber Security roadmap, security operations and incident handling.

You will work closely at ensuring standards and best practices for Operational and Information Technologies (OT / IT) are incorporated and executed across the Atlas Group of Companies’ industries (currently maritime and energy).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Development and implementation of our Cyber Risk & Security framework, plan and roadmap in alignment with policies and standards Development and implementation of Cyber Security standards for both information and operational technologies Development of Cyber Security procedures Leading information technology and operational technology security initiatives and projects from inception to implementation / operation Providing vendor management and oversight on Cyber Security services and products Overseeing the reporting and analysis of Cyber Security operational effectiveness Overseeing the consultation and providing subject matter expertise on information and operational technology security solutions Promoting a culture of Cyber Security awareness across the Atlas Group of Companies Oversight of the IT portion of our Business Continuity Program Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with External and Internal Audit Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with regulatory and law enforcement agencies The IT component of SOX compliance program management The IT component of the organization’s privacy program The ability to manage cyber security projects, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations Create and maintain information security awareness training material, incident response training and other security training for Atlas’ subsidiaries and users REQUIREMENTS Successful candidates will have : Proven experience in Cyber Security with specific experience securing Operational and Information technologies Prior success leading technical team locally and remotely Knowledge of the trends, principles, standards, practices and tools pertaining to Cyber Security Must have a proven demonstrated practice in leading and executing change initiatives Knowledge of corporate, mission critical systems environments, computer technology & infrastructure Excellent interpersonal, leadership and relationship-building skills to deal with senior levels of management, local and remote business partners and Technology teams Professional designation or certification of IT security field such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent Solid foundation knowledge of privacy legislation and regulation Undergraduate degree in business, computer science or engineering ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 7 plus years of experience in the IT security space, ideally with hands on experience as an analyst and also people leadership skills Proven experience in Business Continuity Experience with information security concepts and controls (both technical and conceptual) Broad understanding of networking technology, server infrastructure, various communication protocols, operating systems, hardware platforms, data centre operations, telecommunications, virtualization, storage technologies, remote user management, MPLS, Databases, Azure and AWS Cloud Services, VOIP and POTS / PBX telephony Experience with data, network and internet security technologies and products including : firewalls, routers, network intrusion prevention, host based intrusion detection devices, file integrity monitoring systems, vulnerability testing, web application layer firewalls, encryption key management, security information and event management systems
