This role sits within LBC Tech a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group. The role can be based anywhere in Canada.
Mobility and Trading Telephony Specialist is responsible for the technical design, testing, implementation and support of MDM solutions and specialize Trading telephony.
The successful candidate will have experience and expertise in delivering a stable and available end user environment. Have the capability to drive and enhance Mobile Employee Experience.
ºWork with IT Infrastructure, Security and Operations teams to support, upgrade and maintain current MDM solution (such as Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft Intune) and IPtrade telephony system.
ºEnsure that the MDM policy's are compliance with the Bank's business needs and standards.
ºReview existing Infrastructure elements such as Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft Intune, IPtrade telephony system and provide detailed action plan for improvement.
ºFacilitate the remediation of internal and external audits findings in the IT infrastructure
ºEnsure compliance with the IT governance guidelines.
ºMaintain infrastructure design and configuration repository and share expertise and knowledge of operational and information systems.
ºEnsure that CMDB is populated with relevant information and kept up to date with any changes
º9+ years of relevant experience in Mobility MDM management, including five in Traders related telephony
ºBachelor's degree in Information Technology
ºKnowledge of Microsoft Intune
ºKnowledge of BlackBerry UEM servers
ºGood understanding of security controls and frameworks
ºSound experience in the definition of technology strategies, roadmaps and positioning
ºExcellent writing skills and excellent capacity to share technical information
ºStrong problem-solving skills
ºTeam player with the ability to work under pressure
ºKnowledge of banking.
ºBilingual (English / French)
