Responsible for planning, directing and managing activities relating to the protection, safeguarding and security of the casino.
Developing, implementing and monitoring security policies, procedures and programs. Ensures the casino is compliant with all agreements and applicable legislation as it relates to security.
Works closely with AGLC, law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders
Demonstrates a broad understanding and knowledge of all security and other relevant technical disciplines
Possesses detailed knowledge of casino table games, slots and poker policies and rules of play
Ensures the casino complies with AGLC security terms and conditions
Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment
Provides direct guest, associate and management interface with regards to casino operations
Evaluates new processes, products and enhancements for inclusion in the casino security process
Provides a primary interface to other casino departments and provides expertise on security systems as required
