Job Description :
The position of Sales Consultant gives you the chance to develop MDS business based on our expertise in leadership development, sales effectiveness, executive coaching and assessment instruments.
In your role, you will
Promote and sell organization's Certification Programmes, plus the full range of organization training programmes.
Grow business from existing customers and new potential clients.
Attend networking and similar events.
Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Research clients and make calls to arrange client meetings.
Plan and execute regular client calling campaigns.
Arrange client visits and consult with clients to create learning and development solution.
Create and present proposals to clients, negotiate terms and close deals.
Mobilise internal resources to ensure quality delivery of learning and development solution.
Assist with planning, organising and running exhibitions, seminars and events.
Expand client database.
Requirements : Requirements
University degree with good English (written and spoken).
5 - 6 years working experience in selling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills.
Highly customer-focused and results-oriented.
