In your role as the Web Strategy and Optimization Manager, you will be the glue that brings together our designers, copywriters, developers and marketers to deliver a comprehensive and integrated web experience.

Your Day to Day :

  • Implementing best practices and building the most user friendly, high-converting web experience to drive revenue
  • Setting benchmarks and reporting on the performance of our web properties, and conversion
  • Collaborate with our web development, UX, data science and growth marketing teams to develop an effective long term strategy and manage the website experimentation roadmap
  • Manage a technical backlog and admin for the website, including the management of our development sprints to keep our site speed and performance in tip top shape
  • Collaborate with our content marketing team to win in the SEO space and attract the traffic we need to hit our targets
  • Manage the flows between our web assets including the .com, landing page analyzer, microsites, CTA Conf site, community, documentation, etc.
  • Able to use various web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Fullstory and KissMetrics to figure out what pages and content are driving acquisition growth and trends over time
  • A Little Bit About You :

  • Must have 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of web analytics / optimization : SEO, GA / website performance tracking
  • Have a strong background in statistics that allows you to accurately analyze experiment results
  • Ability to build user-centric experiences and customer journey maps, using inputs from analytics, sales, product marketing, and CS
  • Know how to use data to collect insights, form hypothesis' and identify problems and opportunities to experiment on.
  • Experience coding HTML and CSS in Wordpress
  • Experience applying great UX design and research to solve website challenges.
  • Have a roll up your sleeves and dive in approach to self-motivation and also the ability to work within a team
