What You’ll Do
Our internship will introduce you to themanagement and sales skills that make us Canada’s fastest growing paintbrand.You’ll spend time in our stores,learning the selling skills, operations and management techniques that form thebackbone of our success.
You’ll also spendtime with our Business Development Reps, experiencing the life on the road asan outside sales rep.In addition, eachintern team will work on a business project with the guidance of your DistrictLeadership.
At the end of the summer, yourteam will present your project to our executives and compete to be named the2020 Sherwin-Williams Internship Champion!

Mustbe enrolled in a Bachelor-degree program in a business-related field
Mustbe legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship for employment visastatus
Mustbe willing to work all scheduled hours which may include evenings and weekends
Mustbe able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carryup to 50lbs
Mustbe able to tint paint, therefore, must have good colour perception
Mustbe able to operate material handling equipment (e.g. hand truck, pallet jack.Training will be provided)
Availableto work May through the end of August
