Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following : Greet clients graciously on phone or in person Escort clients to waiting area if table not immediately available Seat clients at appropriate tables and supply them with menus Advise on daily specials if appropriate Receive coats and or purchases for coat check Introduce clients to their server Manage table assignments based on seating guidelines Observe standard table turnover times Ensure tables are bussed and re-
set for all clients- partnering with servers Ensure that café front desk is supplied appropriately Partner with service team to deliver the nine steps of Serving the Holt Renfrew Way The ideal candidate : High school diploma 2-
