Review booking information verifying accuratepick-up / delivery information and achievable.
Meet customer requirements at every stage of thedispatching process.
Work with carrier partners to convey equipment requirements, service expectations and rates.
Ensure that customs clearance procedures are is followedand processed correctly.
Ensure that TMS is up to date with communicativeinformation and billing accuracy.
Resolve service or rate disputes maintaining integrityand reputation.
Optimize profit margin without compromisingservice.
Identify areas for improvement and activelyparticipate in continuous improvement initiative.
Strategize to provide solutions to meet the customers’ transportation requirements.
Understand current industry market conditions and communicate impacts to the business.
Ongoing sourcing of carriers for new andexisting business.
Obtain required documentation for the load movement (i.e. Bill of lading, customs, etc.).
Timely and accurate completion of a corrective action plan for service related issues.
