Job Summary The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative is responsible for collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain and develop a portfolio of new and established clients in order to increase sales and maximize growth / profitability.

This role also follows up with leads and referrals generated from self and various channels. This position will be a one year contract with possible extension. What you’ll do

  • Maximize the clients potential for the products & services offered by Mark’s Commercial
  • Collaborate with geographical team of Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s), Corporate Sales Managers (CSM’s), and Sales Administrators to maximize client’s potential for the products & services offered
  • Responsible for researching the needs of the clients and tailor purchasing programs and documents for them; based off your assigned client base
  • Own a portfolio of accounts & portfolio maintenance (i.e. adding new accounts, closing accounts, updating data, etc.) that will be completed on a continuous basis
  • Add new accounts to portfolio from leads, referrals and prospecting
  • Build customer relationships and provide high level of customer service to clients
  • Ensure clients / prospects database information is up to date through proper utilization of computer systems
  • Work with pipelines, territory and account plans, and sales funnels
  • Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings by sharing sales opportunities, successes, and methodologies
  • Track campaigns and other sales initiatives as required
  • Collaborate with other sales departments to achieve sales and profitability targets

  • Bilingualism (French / English Nice to have)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a related customer service / sales environment
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service
  • Effective time management, organizational and decision making skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate via email and telephone with business customers
  • Computer Skills : MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Publisher), Adobe PDF Software
