In 3 years we have run thousands of trips for hundreds of thousands of people, including professional sports teams, major tech companies, international music festivals, and everyone in between.

About the Role :
At Bus.com, we run a high volume of trips everyday but for our customers, it's once in a lifetime experience. That's why we work hard to deliver world class customer service, 24 / 7.
You'll be helping event organizers and riders use our platform, answer any questions and make suggestions on trip feasibility, pricing, availability, policies, etc.
You'll be on the front line for emergencies. You will process client issues & complaints. You will find creative ways to satisfy and impress customers through every interaction.
