The Role

ApplyBoard is seeking a Leadership Recruiter to help source senior-level talent. In this position, you will participate in the entire recruitment process, from strong pipeline generation to offer acceptance.

As part of this process, you will collaborate with business leaders to determine needs, assess candidates, and assist with salary negotiations.

Since you will primarily focus on filling leadership roles in our company, applicants must have 5 to 10 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-profile roles in a similar industry.

What you’ll be doing every day :

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to provide full-cycle recruitment services including sourcing strategies, job posting tactics, interpretation of candidate assessments, interviewing best practices, and suitable compensation recommendations to the hiring manager, to closing the candidate
  • Source - Engage proven and innovative talent sourcing methods to find top talent and develop a future pipeline, including but not limited to : networking, job boards, social media, digital media, career fairs, and meetups, while being an engaging ambassador for ApplyBoardScreen, interview and present top candidates to the hiring manager for interviews
  • Ensure a robust candidate talent pipeline within the applicant tracking system, updating the system with all candidate activity
  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, to manage communications and scheduling of interviews with the candidates and hiring manager
  • Contribute to strong pipeline generation
  • Participate in salary negotiations
  • Assess candidates before making recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date on compensation trends
  • What you bring to the table :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Recruiting experience (5-10 years)
  • Talent mapping experience
  • Corporate Industry experience a MUST
  • Experience working at a recruiting agency a plus
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills; results-driven
  • Experience working with HIRS, ATS, and other recruiting and sourcing tools (Bamboo, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter etc..)
