Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
Ensuring compliance and accuracy for processing ADP Workforce Now payroll including : setting up new hires; processing terminations;
changing pay rates; recording taxable benefits; and other entries and adjustments as needed.
Create and upload entries for multiple company accounts, with separate entries for payroll balancing, new properties, position or pay codes.
Research discrepancies of payroll information and documentation to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and oversee the preparation of a variety of payroll related documents (invoices, payroll register, stop payments, workers’ compensation cheques, payroll tax, garnishees, health taxes, etc.
meeting compliance requirements, and providing audit references.
Compile data from a wide variety of sources for analyzing issues and ensuring compliance with mandated requirements.
Maintain a wide variety of payroll information, files and records in written and electronic formats for an up-to-date reference and audit trail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2-4 years’ experience with Canadian payroll and experience using ADP Workforce Now.
Knowledge of employment labour standards.
Demonstrated experience handling confidential information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a high volume of data is required.
Highly organized with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range $50-58K. A comprehensive benefits package will be provided.
