Our Client a leading Financial Insitution is looking out for a Project Administrator

Project Overview : Portfolio of security / risk projects and programs including PKI, log consolidation management and IT Asset Management.
This program has a two year plan of delivering 5 work streams. Asset Life cycle Management (asset registration process), Reconciliation of our data repositories related to asset information, governance framework, Inventory audit, foundation work like data quality management (DQM) tools.
This is primarily a process driven program however there will be some technology implementations part of the system automation for registration and reconciliation.
Responsibilities : The Program Admin will support the Portfolio owner as well as the Asset Management Program Manager.(50 / 50) Program Plan updates, meeting minutes, Risk / Issue / Action log management, Creation of PowerPoint presentations, Financial tracking, invoice tracking, adhoc requests from the Portfolio Manager and the Program Manager as required.
Required skills : - Experience working on multiple large scale projects- Experience in Program Managerment Tracking (invoice / financial tracking)-
Previous FI experience is preferred- Flawless communications and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem solving skills-
Adaptable to faced paced stressful environment- Self Sufficient- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure-
Dedicated, is willing to work overtime if need be
