Responsibilities :

Our client is a leading software solutions company.

1) Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies

2) Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories

3) Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans

4) Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

5) Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand

6) Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines

7) Interpret short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit

8) Establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses

9) Review expenses and recommend economies

10) Hold regular meeting with sales staff

11) Analyze trends and results

Requirements :

1) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2) Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in sales

3) Exceptional contract negotiation skills
