As a Senior Account Executive, you would be responsible for : identifying different marketplace opportunities, engage with existing clients and prospects, develop proposals, and manage contract processes.
Must demonstrate advanced strategic selling, market research and business skills. This role generally involves engaging with customers and vendors.
Also, this role may require your attendance at various partnership events and / or training seminars.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Current but may evolve with the position) :
â€¢ Achieving assigned sales targets and ensuring forecasting accuracy
â€¢ Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or market
â€¢ Consulting with clients on business issues and proposing new infrastructure solutions
â€¢ Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations
â€¢ Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements
â€¢ Resolving sales or delivery issues
â€¢ Sales vendor certificate training is required on an ongoing basis
â€¢ Work closely with vendors / distributors during quoting process
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
â€¢ Bachelors or Degree in Business or Computer Engineering, or relevant work experience
â€¢ At least 3- 5 years of sales experience at a Value Added Reseller or MSP is a must .
â€¢ Exceptional communication skills to perform 1 : 1 C-level business interactions, cross-departmental
relationship building and presentations in front of an audience
â€¢ Ability to understand quickly and effectively client's business priorities / challenges and align them to
our product and firm's strengths - technical understanding of vendor solutions is a must
â€¢ Disciplined in using CRM systems for opportunity tracking - Experience with ConnectWise is an asset
